OVERVIEW
Jungle Park is an animal and adventure park set amid lush vegetation in southern Tenerife, where observing wildlife is combined with an atmospheric walk that invites exploration. The park covers around 75,000 m² (807,293 sq ft) and is home to hundreds of animals, while palm trees, waterfalls, suspension bridges, caves and dense vegetation make its trails truly distinctive. There is no single fixed route through the park: you can decide at your own pace which animals, presentations or adventure features you would like to discover first.

As you explore, you can encounter wildlife from several continents. Alongside orangutans, gibbons, capuchin monkeys and lemurs, you will find capybaras, otters, servals, crocodiles, tortoises and numerous other mammals, birds and reptiles. The walk-through aviary offers a closer look at the world of exotic birds, while the lemur trail can be an especially exciting part of a family visit. The orchid house, tropical terrarium and bat cave add even more variety to the experience.

One of the day’s most impressive experiences is the birds of prey presentation. Eagles, falcons, vultures and other birds display their strength, speed and remarkable abilities during free flight. The presentation is not only spectacular but also offers a closer understanding of these animals’ behaviour and role in nature. It is worth arriving at the seating area in good time to watch the flight comfortably.

Immediately afterwards, the lively and playful sea lion presentation takes place. The animals’ movement, agility and relationship with their keepers provide an entertaining experience for both children and adults. The midday feeding sessions and opportunities to observe coatis, raccoons and penguins add further interesting moments to the day, so it is worth planning your visit around the daily schedule.

Those looking for a little adventure alongside the animals can complete the 300-metre (0.19-mile) Jungle Raid route, which is included in the admission ticket. Suspension bridges, darker tunnels and narrow elevated passages make exploring the park more playful and active. The BOB track, extending for more than 0.8 kilometres (0.5 miles), is available at an additional charge and takes you through the vegetation in your own small vehicle along a winding course.

The visit can be arranged flexibly. There is no guided group or fixed pace, and you may also bring your own food and drinks if you would like to enjoy a relaxing picnic break. Restaurants and snack bars are also available inside the park, and the La Palapa terrace overlooks the sea lion presentation area. Due to the hilly terrain, however, comfortable footwear is recommended, and it is advisable to allow time for rest breaks throughout the day.

Jungle Park is particularly suitable for those looking for a multi-hour family experience in southern Tenerife and who would like to combine animals with a more natural atmosphere, a varied walk and several adventurous features. The park’s greatest advantage is that it brings together wildlife, spectacular presentations and active exploration in a single visit, while allowing everyone to plan the day according to their own interests and pace.

FINESTPASS™ PRO tip
• if the BOB (summer toboggan run) is important to you, try it earlier in the day, when the queue is generally shorter
• there is little time between the 12:00 (12 noon), 12:15 (12:15 PM) and 12:30 (12:30 PM) programs, so if necessary, choose one feeding session and arrive early for the birds of prey presentation
• visit the lemur trail and the walk-through aviary after 11:00 (11 AM), as they are only open until 16:00 (4 PM)
• bring your own food and water, as many visitors find the on-site food prices high
• bring a few €1 and €2 coins, as it is not always easy to get change for the animal feed vending machines
• do not automatically assume that the restaurant tables beside the sea lion presentation area may be used for your own picnic
• choose the first free shuttle bus service, as you may miss the midday feeding sessions if you take a later one
• if you plan to leave by taxi, ask reception to arrange it in advance, as taxis are not always waiting at the entrance
• if you are visiting with a child aged 3-4, do not automatically choose the Family Pack, as it officially includes two children’s tickets for ages 5-10
• if you also plan to visit Aqualand water park, the 2-PARK ticket may generally offer better value and greater flexibility than purchasing two separate tickets

CANCELLATION POLICY
1/ CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once the booking has been confirmed and the tickets have been issued, the booking cannot be cancelled or amended, and the amount paid is non-refundable.

Date-specific tickets and additional services may only be used on the program date specified in the booking. Exceptions are only possible if expressly permitted by the conditions of the relevant product and approved in writing by the provider in advance.

2/ USING THE TICKET AT A LATER DATE
Date-specific Jungle Park admission tickets and the FAMILY PACK and FRIENDS PACK packages may only be used on the date shown on the ticket. A missed visit cannot automatically be rescheduled for another day.

PHOTO WITH SEA LION, SEA LION INTERACTION, ANIMAL PASSPORT, BOB and animal food may only be purchased on-site on the day of the Jungle Park visit. Unused services cannot be transferred to a later date and are non-refundable.

The 2 PARKS SEASON PASS 2026 is issued to a named individual, is non-transferable and may only be used between January 1 and December 31, 2026, on days when the parks are open. The pass cannot be used on the day of purchase, and a valid identity document must be presented upon every entry. Any unused validity period cannot be carried over to the following year and is non-refundable.

3/ 2 PARKS TICKET | JUNGLE PARK + AQUALAND COSTA ADEJE
The 2 PARKS TICKET cannot be amended and is non-refundable. It includes one STANDARD visit to Jungle Park and one STANDARD visit to Aqualand Costa Adeje.

The two parks may be visited on separate days and in any order. The days do not have to be consecutive, but both admissions must be used within 90 days of purchase.

If the 90-day validity period expires, or if a valid and legible ticket or QR code cannot be presented, the unused admission will be forfeited and the amount paid will not be refunded.

4/ CANCELLATION BY THE PROVIDER
If the provider cancels the entire booked program or a pre-purchased additional service, you may choose from the following options:
a) the booking may be rescheduled free of charge for another available date
b) the amount paid may be applied in part or in full towards the booking of another program
c) a voucher may be requested, which can be used for programs available through FINESTPASS™ for 5 years from the date of issue
d) 100% of the amount paid for the cancelled program or service will be refunded

The alteration, temporary closure or cancellation of an animal presentation area, feeding session, presentation, adventure trail, attraction, restaurant, shop, animal encounter or any other part of the park due to weather conditions, animal welfare, technical issues, maintenance, safety or operational reasons does not automatically constitute cancellation of the entire program and does not in itself entitle you to a partial or full refund.

The visibility and activity of the animals cannot be guaranteed. An individual animal retreating from view or being temporarily absent does not constitute cancellation of the program.

If the park closes completely before admission due to weather conditions or other external circumstances, the incident must be reported immediately on-site to the responsible member of the park staff, after which FINESTPASS™ customer service must be contacted.

5/ LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW
Standard park admission is not tied to an exact entry time, but arriving for the 10:00 (10 AM) opening is recommended to explore the park fully and comfortably and to attend the daily feeding sessions and presentations.

Arriving later does not extend the period during which the ticket or additional services may be used. Any missed visiting time, presentation, feeding session or other service cannot be made up and is non-refundable.

The free park shuttle bus operates at specified times without advance reservations and subject to seat availability. The bus does not wait for late participants; missing the bus does not entitle you to amend or receive a refund for the park admission ticket.

The scheduled starting times of the daily feeding sessions and presentations may change, so the current on-site schedule must always be checked upon entry. If you arrive late, a missed feeding session or presentation cannot be made up and does not entitle you to a refund.

PHOTO WITH SEA LION is available before or after the sea lion presentation, while SEA LION INTERACTION and ANIMAL PASSPORT take place at the exact time assigned on-site. In the event of late arrival or no-show, participation cannot be guaranteed, and the missed service cannot be made up or refunded.
