The Reserva Ambiental is a good choice if you would like to discover Tenerife’s volcanic, historical and natural side on an easy-to-follow guided programme, in a premium and exclusive natural setting. This is not a simple walk and not a traditional museum visit, but an indoor and outdoor experience at the same time: with an interactive exhibition, volcanic landscape, archaeological remains and a special natural environment.
The San Blas Reserve is a natural and cultural oasis in the south-east of Tenerife, where history, volcanic landscape and biodiversity come together. At the beginning of the programme, the visit starts in the Interpretation Centre, where interactive rooms and audiovisual tools help you understand the formation, history and wildlife of the area.
After the indoor section, the programme continues with an outdoor route through a special volcanic landscape. The area was shaped by lava flows more than 4 million years ago, then further transformed by wind and water into the impressive lunar-style landscape visible today. During the walk, archaeological sites, ancient caves, Guanche sacrificial sites and historical remains help you imagine what life on the island may have been like centuries ago.
The Reserva Ambiental is especially recommended for those who do not only want to see a spectacular landscape, but also want to understand what makes Tenerife’s volcanic and cultural heritage so special.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1/ FREE AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION
The booking can be amended or cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours (2 days) before the start of the experience. In this case, you can choose from the following options:
a) the booking can be rescheduled to another available date and time
b) the amount paid can be credited in part or in full towards booking another experience
c) a voucher can be requested, which can be used for experiences available in the FINESTPASS™ selection for 5 years from the date of issue
d) 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
2/ CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS
If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) before the start of the experience, the amount paid is non-refundable.
3/ CANCELLATION BY THE PROVIDER
If the provider cancels the experience - for example, due to adverse weather conditions, a technical issue, or other circumstances affecting the provider's operations - you can choose from the following options:
a) the booking can be rescheduled to another available date and time free of charge
b) the amount paid can be credited in part or in full towards booking another experience
c) a voucher can be requested, which can be used for experiences available in the FINESTPASS™ selection for 5 years from the date of issue

4/ LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW
If you do not attend the experience, or if your late arrival means that the provider can no longer accommodate your participation, the booking will automatically be considered used. In this case, your participation is forfeited, and the amount paid is non-refundable.
5/ PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT

In practice, this means that if you cancel the booking within 48 hours before the start of the experience, or do not attend for any reason, you will lose not only the deposit. In this case, the outstanding balance must also be paid.
