OVERVIEW
The Karting program is for those who would gladly swap the passenger seat for the steering wheel of a real kart for a few laps. The direct driving experience, the sound of the engine and the track's rapidly alternating straights and bends give the program an exciting pace, allowing both beginners and more experienced drivers to find the right challenge for them.

There are two separate outdoor tracks at the venue. The senior track, available from the age of 15, is 1.2 kilometres (0.75 miles) long and at least 8 metres (26 feet) wide, offering longer straights as well as several technical bends and opportunities to overtake. Speed is not the only thing that matters here: effective braking, choosing the right racing line and accelerating out of the bends make driving truly enjoyable.

Adults can choose between two karts with different performance levels. The CRG 270 offers a more balanced and easier-to-handle option, while the CRG Centurion is designed for those who want stronger acceleration and a top speed of up to 95 km/h (59 mph). This means that your choice can be matched not only to your age, but also to your driving confidence and the experience you are looking for.

A separate 250-metre (820-foot) junior track has been designed for children. Children aged 6-9 can drive a slower Pony kart, while those aged 10-14 can take the wheel of a Junior Cadet model, allowing them to enjoy the freedom of driving independently at their own pace. Children aged 3-5 can join the program alongside an adult in a two-seater Tandem kart, making driving on the track a shared family experience for the youngest participants as well.

No driving licence or previous karting experience is required. The controls are simple: one pedal accelerates and the other brakes, while the staff help to adjust the seat and pedals correctly. The mandatory helmet is provided at the venue, and before setting off, you will learn the most important track rules and signals.

The program can be an especially good choice if you enjoy friendly competition, would like to test yourself on a technical track or are looking for a family activity in which different age groups can actively participate. Each session is short and intense, making it easy to fit into your day even if you would also like to leave time for other experiences in Tenerife.

After driving, you can watch the others complete their laps from the terrace overlooking the track, while the on-site bar and café provide a comfortable place to wait for each other. If you would rather not arrive by car, a free return bus transfer can also be booked in advance from designated meeting points in the south of Tenerife.

Registration: each driver registers separately, after which the booking and the selected kart type are checked at reception
Preparation: personal belongings must be placed in the locker, followed by putting on the hygienic balaclava and the mandatory helmet
Getting into the kart: the track staff help to adjust the seat and pedals correctly, then explain the controls and the most important safety rules
During the program: 12 minutes of driving in the selected kart on the junior or senior track corresponding to the participant's age group
The last lap: the track staff indicate with a yellow signal when only one lap remains
At the end of the program: after the red signal, return to the pit lane at reduced speed, then park the kart as instructed by the staff
Before leaving: the lap times and results can be viewed; in the case of a large group, you can then wait for the other members of your group on the terrace overlooking the track or in the bar

• if you need to keep precisely to the rest of your day's schedule, arrive by your own car or taxi, as the free bus may stop at several meeting points

• in sunny weather, bring securely fitting sunglasses, as our guests have found that not every helmet has a visor
• if your entire group would like to race against each other, check the age categories before booking, as the junior and senior karts use separate tracks
• bring enough water, especially if you also use the free transfer that stops at several meeting points
• if you truly enjoy driving, it may be worth booking two sessions, as the 12-minute track time passes quickly and the bends will already feel more familiar during the second session
