The Helidream helicopter flight is for those who want to see Tenerife from a different perspective - not as a standard sightseeing trip, but as a short, spectacular and truly special experience.
This program offers a unique panorama over the island’s coastline, volcanic landscapes and iconic sights, while being a concentrated, memorable experience rather than a full-day excursion.
The flight takes place in a Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter.
This type is often used for scenic flights because it is stable, safe and offers good visibility through its large windows.

• seating is always arranged according to passenger weight and helicopter balance, for safety reasons
• the standard price applies up to a body weight of 110 kg
• for passengers over 110 kg (243 lb), an extra seat is required for safety and weight-distribution reasons. The provider gives a 50% discount on the extra seat, so the affected passenger pays one and a half times the standard price, i.e. 150%
• taking photos and videos during the program is allowed
• professional photos and videos can be purchased separately at the end of the program
• direct overflight of the Teide volcano is not permitted due to the proximity of the observatory, so the Teide routes fly around the volcano
• in extreme weather conditions, the program may be modified or cancelled (details: FAQ)

CANCELLATION POLICY
1/ At least 48 hours (2 days) before the programme starts, the booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge. In this case, you can choose from the following options:
a) the booking can be moved to another available time
b) the amount paid can be partly or fully used towards booking another programme
c) you can request a voucher, which can be used for programmes in the FINESTPASS™ offer for 5 years from the date of issue
d) 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
2/ If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) before the programme starts, the amount paid is non-refundable.
3/ If the provider cancels the programme (for example due to adverse weather conditions, technical reasons, or any other circumstance affecting the provider's operation), you can choose from the following options:
a) the booking can be moved to another available time free of charge
b) the amount paid can be partly or fully used towards booking another programme
c) you can request a voucher, which can be used for programmes in the FINESTPASS™ offer for 5 years from the date of issue
d) 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
4/ If you do not show up for the programme, or if the provider can no longer ensure your participation due to your late arrival, the booking will automatically be considered used. In this case, the opportunity to participate is lost, and the amount paid is non-refundable.
✔︎ For bookings made with a deposit payment, the 4 points above also apply.
In practice, this means: if you cancel the booking within 48 hours before the programme starts, or do not show up for any reason, you will not only lose the deposit. In this case, the remaining balance must also be paid.
