The Helidream helicopter flight is designed for those who want to experience Tenerife from a rarely seen perspective. From above, the coastline, volcanic terrain, deep ravines and the layout of the island's towns can all unfold before you at once. Connections become visible that are difficult to perceive when travelling across the island by land.

The flight takes place in a Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter carrying a maximum of four passengers. From the moment of take-off, the scale of the landscape quickly changes: roads become thin lines, coastal towns turn into orderly patterns, while Tenerife's southern coastline appears beneath you in an increasingly expansive panorama.

The routes reveal the island over different flight durations. The shorter flights focus on Tenerife's southern coastline and the areas around Armeñime, La Caleta and Los Cristianos, allowing you to experience the unique atmosphere of a helicopter flight even if you are looking for a short activity that is easy to fit into your day.

On the longer routes, Costa Adeje, the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes and views of Teide may also unfold before you. From the air, you can particularly appreciate the enormous scale of the cliffs along the western coast and see how the steep terrain of the volcanic island meets the Atlantic Ocean.

The most comprehensive flights also cover the landscapes of western and northern Tenerife, the Teno Mountains, the areas around Buenavista del Norte, Garachico and Icod de los Vinos, as well as the Teide region. The longest route takes you across the island's varied landscapes, from pine forests and historic towns to the area around the Teide Observatory and Vilaflor.

This experience is a particularly good choice if you are looking for something out of the ordinary, want to surprise your partner or a family member, or would like to make an important occasion even more special. You can choose the route length according to your own interests: opt for a short introduction or a more comprehensive flight that reveals several strikingly different areas of Tenerife.

• children aged 0-17 may only participate in the programme when accompanied by an adult
• you should only attend with a young child if they are expected to remain calm during the helicopter flight
• the helicopter can carry a maximum of 4 passengers, each weighing less than 110 kg (243 lb)
• the basic fare applies up to a body weight of 110 kg (243 lb)
• passengers weighing over 110 kg (243 lb) must purchase an extra seat for safety and weight distribution reasons. The provider offers a 50% discount on the extra seat, meaning that the passenger concerned pays one and a half times the basic fare, or 150%
• seating is always arranged according to the passengers' weight and the balance of the helicopter for safety reasons
• you may only take part in the programme on the exact date and at the exact time stated in the booking
• arrival 20 minutes before the start of the programme is recommended
• participation in the programme requires a basic level of language proficiency
• food and drinks are not allowed on board the helicopter
• taking photos and videos during the programme is permitted
• photos and videos taken during the programme can be purchased at the end of the programme for an additional fee
• visibility conditions depend on the clarity of the sky, the weather and any possible calima
• flying directly over the Teide volcano is not permitted due to the proximity of the observatory, so the Teide routes travel around the volcano

CANCELLATION POLICY
1/ CANCELLATION MORE THAN 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE
If you cancel the booking more than 72 hours (more than 3 days) before the start of the experience, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

2/ CANCELLATION WITHIN 72 HOURS
If you cancel the booking 72 hours (3 days) or less before the start of the experience, the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. In this case, no refund can be requested.

3/ CANCELLATION BY THE PROVIDER
If the provider cancels the experience - for example, due to adverse weather conditions, a technical issue, or other circumstances affecting the provider's operations - you can choose from the following options:
a) the booking can be rescheduled to another available date and time free of charge
b) the amount paid can be credited in part or in full towards booking another experience
c) a voucher can be requested, which can be used for experiences available in the FINESTPASS™ selection for 5 years from the date of issue
d) 100% of the amount paid will be refunded

4/ LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW
If you do not attend the experience, or if your late arrival means that the provider can no longer accommodate your participation, the booking will automatically be considered used. In this case, your participation is forfeited, and the total booking amount is non-refundable.

5/ PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT

The cancellation fee is always calculated based on the total booking amount, not solely on the deposit paid. If the booking is cancelled more than 72 hours before the start of the experience, 50% of the total booking amount must be paid. If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours before the start of the experience, or in the event of a no-show, the outstanding balance must also be paid in full.
