The Camel Park is a great choice for anyone who would like to try camel riding but is not looking for a long, desert-style trek. Here, the experience comes from the farm atmosphere, close contact with the animals, the mountain route and the ocean views - without sandstorms or extreme conditions.
The venue is a family-run farm with a Mexican-style atmosphere, located in the south of Tenerife above Los Cristianos. During the programme, you can enjoy a camel ride along a panoramic mountain route, feed the farm animals and discover the park's peaceful, rural atmosphere at close range.
The camel ride lasts approximately 20 minutes - passengers usually sit in basket-style seats attached to the sides of the camel, although the seating arrangement is determined by the staff according to the weight and distribution of the participants, so someone may be seated in the centre on the camel's saddle.
Depending on the ticket type selected, admission may also include park entry, a fruit tray for feeding the animals, photographs and a snack. The programme is a good choice for families, couples and anyone looking for a short, atmospheric animal experience.
