OVERVIEW
The Forestal Park offers a truly refreshing activity for those who would like to discover Tenerife's more active and greener side alongside its sunny coastline. The adventure park is located in the protected landscape of Las Lagunetas, at an altitude of approx. 1,400 m (4,593 ft), in the middle of a Canary pine forest. Here, instead of urban noise, the trees, the forest air and the challenges completed together take centre stage.

Nine different courses and more than 90 elevated obstacles await among the trees. You can make your way across suspension bridges, nets, rope elements and wooden steps, then move dynamically from one section to the next on the zip lines. Thanks to this variety, the activity is not about completing one long route: you can decide which courses best suit your preferences and experience.

The green, blue, red and black markings indicate difficulty levels ranging from easy to extreme. If this is your first time trying a similar activity, you can gradually familiarise yourself with the obstacles. If you already have experience, the more technical and physically demanding courses also offer more serious challenges.

The admission ticket includes a three-hour programme. During the first approx. 30 minutes, you will learn how to use the equipment, listen to the safety briefing and then practise the necessary movements on a trial course. Afterwards, you can freely choose from the routes available to you for approx. 2.5 hours.

Thanks to the continuous safety system, you remain connected to the safety line from the beginning to the end of each elevated section. The instructors teach you how to use the system, check the equipment and then monitor the courses from the ground, helping when necessary. This allows you to experience the challenges independently without being left without support.

The activity can be an especially enjoyable shared experience for families, couples and groups of friends. Everyone can progress at their own pace on courses of different difficulty levels, while encouraging each other, enjoying the momentum of the zip lines and successfully completing an obstacle can bring genuine joy.

The site was created with respect for nature, so protecting the forest's plant and animal life is part of the visit. By following the marked routes and respecting the wildlife, you contribute to preserving this special pine forest alongside enjoying your own adventure.

• use your own sports gloves with a good grip, as the ropes and handholds can quickly become uncomfortable without gloves
• it is worth starting with the longer or more difficult courses
• if a longer queue forms at one of the courses, temporarily choose another route and return later
• if possible, leave valuables at your accommodation, as the car park is not supervised and there are no lockers in the park
• if you would like to keep the option of a one-hour extension open at the venue, do not choose the final starting time, as the last session cannot be extended
